Meet The President, Dr. Charles Williams

Dr. Charles Williams Jr. is the founder of The WAY Academy (TWA), a Christ-centered private school in Lake County, Florida, set up to inspire all students to grow spiritually, academically, and athletically. TWA’s linchpin scripture is John 14:6, Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father but through me.” The WAY Academy is designed to provide a stellar Christian education to all levels of students, focusing on narrowing the achievement and opportunity gaps for students from lower socioeconomic backgrounds. Dr. Williams was the recipient of a highly competitive fellowship from the Drexel Fund (www.DrexelFund.org) that supported a full year of school planning and development.
